the staff at the front desk were helpful. they answered all my questions. the spa center was relaxing and a nice touch. the breakfast was AMAZING!!!
the jacuzzi was quite cold. i was told they set it to 33 degrees celsius, but i prefer a higher temperature. the turkish bath was not working. it was not steaming at all.

the breakfast was great with many options. the rooms were very very comfy and tidy. the massage was fantastic. i liked that the check-in was easy and they stored my bags.
the shower floor was constantly flooded. the floor drainage had an incorrect angle. we couldn't shower properly because of this.

the spa was empty during our friday evening visit the jacuzzi felt very hot as did the sauna. i feel the spa opening hours are quite generous. our room had great facilities a balcony and a bathtub central in the room overlooking the city with lots of space. staff were cute upon arrival and throughout our stay. the receptionist upgraded our room she explained the facilities.
i noticed a slightly inconsistent wifi signal at times it was not a major issue just a minor inconvenience.
